Heya!
I'm admin of Four Wild Clans, a semi-lit to lit clan cat rpg. FWC is still fairly small, but everyone's really friendly, and there's always someone willing to help, chat in the cbox, or rp a thread.
There are four clans, Forestclan, Shoreclan, Stormclan, and Emberclan. All of the clans are about equal in size, and although there is relative peace between them at the moment, tension has been growing in the wake of the inter-clan olympics.
The way the site is organized, we have one main plot in which everyone is welcome to participate, in addition to normal rping. It takes place on one or two threads at a time, with cats of all clans (and often loners or rogues) involved. In our most recent plot, heavy storms gathered in the mountains not too far from clan territory. The sky filled with dark, menacing clouds, and the clans decided that it was necessary to evacuate their low-lying territories to avoid the rain and a prophesied flood. A scouting party with members of each clan was sent to Korkea Maa, an ancient hill whose five large caves had housed the ancestors of the living clan cats far in the past. The scouting party encountered and drove off a small band of rogues that had been living in the caves, then returned to the territories, where they joined the other cats of their clans in preparing for the evacuation. The four clans set out together as the rain began to fall, and reached the central cavern of Korkea Maa in time to meet an ambush from the same group of rogues, angry at their eviction. Not all of the cats were comfortable underground, let alone living in such close proximity to the other clans, so the whole experience was interesting, to say the least.
Our next plot is in the works, and includes a prophecy of war between the clans. All members' input is instrumental in determining the focus of all our plots - the details of this next plot are pending further discussion.
No experience rping cats is needed to join our site, and though it would be helpful if you've read the series, it's by no means a requirement. ^^ We're always happy to explain things and answer questions, and it doesn't take long to adjust to the structure of the clans.
Please feel free to click on our button if you're interested in checking it out.
Thanks!
