Yes. It's time for the very first Warriors: Stand Alone v2 activity check. I bet all of you are so excited! So....all you really have to do is reply and you will be considered active. However, I do have one other requirement.
Twelve of our twenty-four members do not have accepted characters. Lots of others have not made any in-character posts yet. So, first I want to see every active person make a character and see it accepted, then I want everyone who has not yet made an IC post to go to a board with their character and make a post. Lastly, I want anyone who has claimed a high position to make the biography for that by Halloween/October 31st or they will lose all rights to the saved high position and any high position tryouts in the future.
So, thats all that needs to really be taken care of right now. Remember the date October 31st. If you can complete any of the requirements above then you need to personally PM me, Anyu, and let me know. Otherwise you will be considered inactive and will be deleted. If you PM me saying that you can't make a bio for a high position, however, then you will not be allowed to keep that position. We need active people for high positions.
Also, please note that there are still some high positions available and that there will most likely be more available after this activity check.

Though it may not seem like it. Again, I know this is sounding repetitive, but there isn't much I can do about school. Also, I think that I'm finally going to start babysitting, so there goes some more time. I'll try and post this weekend, since it's a long weekend.

I'm hear, imbetween school of course. But I am thinking all of my characters will be joined before I make an ic post. Of course, if that goes the way these bios have been it will be a very lengthy process. But I'm here, I swear.  OMFG!!!! I just found out Obama is going to be in town this weekend. And that is saying something considering my local town is not that big or special, just the northern most majorish town in the state. But yeah, if I seem to have issues, blame that, although I will not tell you whether I view this as a good or bad thing. Just know that this weekend is going to be rather odd and spastic. |

Obama? That's awesome. I should have gone when the candidates came here, but there wasnt anyone I knew going so I wouldn't have had a way to go there. But I would love to see what Obama is really like, after all the mixed stories and rumors I've heard about him.
I actually got into an argument with some of the people in my youth group about whether Obama or McCain was better just last night. |

Yes, he is coming tomorrow and I am going to go see him. And yeah, there have been many interesting rumors going around, although I know for a fact that many are not true. As to who is better, I have sound (in my opinion) economic reasoning that in terms of plans for the economy, Obama's plan would be better for the current status. That does not mean McCain's plan isn't any good, it simply is not a good idea to apply his idea to the economy at the current moment. In the future though, after we recover from this recession, McCain's plan sounds like a good idea. Of course there are other major elements in deciding, but in terms of economics, I can give you proof that Obama might be better. I did not realize this until the morning after, but Palin was in the town about twenty minutes south of here a couple weeks ago. Of course, even if I had wanted to go, and had known ahead of time, I would not have been to go because most of that twenty minutes is by a 75mph highway and I don't have a car. BNut it was cool to know. Maybe if I had known I could have arranged something. EDIT: I just realized I am clogging this thread with irrelivant info, and setting a bad example. My bad, I appologize, so please ignore this.  |

I'm still here, to a degree. I've been sick for about half a week, and grade eleven is just starting to pick up and we're getting more homework now >> I've also been looking for a dog for about three weeks, and I think I may have found a good match in a shelter that's just 600 km away... I'll try to work on getting a post up by the weekend along with my english assignment.

This activity check is now over. Anyone who has not replied or posted in the away board will be deleted. I will be deleting members later this week, so there is still a chance for people to come and reply. I'm allowing that simply because I hardly have any free time on my hands to get on and delete people. |
